Privacy Policy

Buzzpocketloopster Media GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "Buzzpocketloopster", "we", "us", or "our") operates the web infrastructure at buzzpocketloopster.garden. This comprehensive Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding the processing, collection, storage, and transfer of personal information collected through our digital services, VIP reservation engines, and WebGL high-altitude spatial telemetry interfaces in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 - GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz - BDSG).

1. Data Controller Identification

The entity responsible for the processing of personal data on this platform under Article 4(7) GDPR is:

10243 Berlin, Federal Republic of Germany
Official Web Domain: buzzpocketloopster.garden

2. Data Collection Protocols & Legal Grounds

We process personal data solely in accordance with statutory conditions specified under Article 6(1) GDPR:

A. Server Log Files & Technical Access Coordinates

Upon navigating buzzpocketloopster.garden, our infrastructure automatically captures technical access parameters transmitted by your user agent. These include your IPv4 or IPv6 address (anonymized at network ingestion), timestamps of access, user agent string, referring URL, protocol handshake data, and client screen dimension telemetry. This processing is based on our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR to safeguard stability, prevent Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) vectors, and render 3D WebGL scenes efficiently.

B. VIP Reservation & Table Clearance Forms

When you initiate a table reservation, concierge request, or guestlist inquiry through our interactive portals, we collect your full legal name, telephone contact, email address, targeted venue identification code (e.g. BER-01, HAM-01), preferred arrival timeline, and group headcount. Processing is justified under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for the performance of pre-contractual steps and reservation fulfillment.

C. WebGL Hardware Acceleration Telemetry

To render the 3D brutalist rooftop geometries and skyline wireframes via Three.js, our client scripts query WebGL rendering capabilities (GPU vendor string and viewport pixel ratio). This telemetry is processed entirely in ephemeral client-side memory and is never aggregated into identifiable personal behavioral profiles.

3. Cookies and Persistent Client Storage

We deploy essential and functional client storage mechanisms under Section 25(2) No. 2 of the German Telecommunications-Telemedia Data Protection Act (TTDSG). Essential cookies maintain security state and store your consent decisions (buzzpocketloopster_cookie_consent) via standard HTML5 localStorage.

Non-essential analytics or audience profiling cookies are deactivated by default and are strictly activated only upon your explicit affirmative declaration via our Smart Consent Banner pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

4. Third-Party Processors & Cross-Border Transfers

All core server infrastructure is hosted within certified high-security data centers inside the European Economic Area (Frankfurt am Main and Falkenstein, Germany). We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We engage carefully vetted Data Processing Subcontractors (Art. 28 GDPR) for delivery of content delivery networks (CDNs) and web typography.

5. Data Retention Periods

Personal data collected via reservation inquiries is retained only as long as necessary to facilitate the booked event and comply with statutory German commercial and tax retention mandates under Section 147 of the German Fiscal Code (Abgabenordnung - AO) and Section 257 of the German Commercial Code (Handelsgesetzbuch - HGB), which require retaining business communications for up to 6 to 10 years.

6. Your Statutory Rights Under the GDPR

As a data subject residing within the European Union, you are entitled to exercise the following rights without fee:

To exercise any of these rights, transmit your request directly to [email protected]. Furthermore, you have the statutory right to file a formal complaint with the supervisory data protection authority:
